How do I copy, clone or duplicate a task?
To make a copy of a task, click the action icon
adjacent to the checkbox. This will cause a popup menu to appear with a link labeled "Clone this task". Clicking this link will create a new independent task that is identical to the old task in every way. It will even make copies of any subtasks that happen to be nested inside.

While the original task and the cloned task will look identical, they are independent tasks that are not linked in any way. Editing or completing one of the tasks will not affect the other task.
This is a great way to make task templates.
