How do I create task templates?
A task template is an outline of common tasks that you must recreate often. For example, if your job entails getting clients and you have to do the same 20 things for each client, this would be an excellent candidate for creating a template.

A task template is an outline of common tasks that you must recreate often. For example, if your job entails getting clients and you have to do the same 20 things for each client, this would be an excellent candidate for creating a template.
To create a task template for this scenario, you would create a task called "Client Template" and then add 20 subtasks to that task for each action item that you need to do for a client: "Call client", "Meet with client", "Prepare paperwork for client", etc. Give this template a tag, a star, a negative priority or some other marking to indicate that it is a template.
Now, whenever you need to use the template (for example, when you get a new client), you just duplicate the task template and then edit the newly created tasks with the unique details for that particular scenario. This is an easy way to quickly recreate commonly executed tasks.
