Yes, there are a few limits to how much you can store on Toodledo. These limits were chosen to protect our service from abuse, not to limit your ability to use Toodledo as designed. The vast majority of our customers don't even come close to reaching these limits.

- Total number of Folders: 1,000
- Total number of Contexts: 1,000
- Total number of Goals: 500
- Total number of Locations: 100
- Total number of Notes: 10,000
- Total number of Tasks: 20,000
- Total length of a task's note: 32,000 characters
- Total length of a note page: 64,000 characters
Additionally, if you are are Pro Plus Subscriber you have a limit of 10GB of file storage.
