How to Export Tasks to your Palm OS PDA

Many people use PDAs with the Palm OS. This page will explain how to transfer your to-do list from Toodledo onto your Palm OS PDA.

Export a file from Toodledo

  1. Select "Tools" menu at the top of the page and select "Import / Export".
  2. Find the "Palm OS PDA Export" section.
  3. Click the link that corresponds to your operating system.
  4. Save the file to your computer.

Import into Palm Desktop

If you have not done so already, you will need to download and install the Palm Desktop software from Palm and follow the instructions to synchronize your PDA with your computer.

Windows PC

  1. Open the Palm Desktop application.
  2. Click the "To Do" icon inside Palm Desktop.
  3. Select "Import" from the file menu.
  4. Located the file that we downloaded and click "Import".

Mac OS X

  1. Open the Palm Desktop application.
  2. Select "Import" from the file menu.
  3. Located the file that we downloaded and click "Import".
  4. From the Fields drop down menu, select "To Dos".
  5. From the Delimiters drop down menu, select "Tab and Return".
  6. Click OK.
