We will keep track of each friend that you refer to Toodledo. Whenever one of your friends upgrades to a Pro Account or renews their existing subscription, we will reward you with your very own Pro Account for 3 months! If you already have a Pro Account, we will extend your existing expiration date by 3 months.

This means that if you refer 4 friends who maintain a Pro Account, you will have your own Pro Account, for free, forever.
