Status as "Completed"

Back in 2009 there was a request to add a "Done" under status. Personally, I would prefer "Completed" but either would work. Is there a possibility that one of these could be added under status? Or could it be left as an open field to be personalized?

We don't feel like this is necessary since checking the task off is how you mark a task as completed/done.
