Task details - can I move it to the left side?

There is one button on the very right side. This button provides field for adding 32000 characters as the task description. Can I move it to left side? This is better for smaller displays. I can't find the way how to do it. I can move other columns but not this one.

Yes, in your account settings, under "Show Tasks As" clic the checkbox next to " Show note and file attachment icons on the left."
