Set Time on TD Reminder Email

I can't seem to find this in the account settings. Is there anyway to set the time of day the TD reminder email (hotlist) is emailed to me? It comes in the middle of the night and I'd rather it come mid-morning.

The hotlist is always sent shortly after midnight. There is no way to control this at the moment.
