Bug in alarm settings

I have noticed if I set an alarm for example 1.30pm and click out of the box it reverts back to 1.00pm
This happens on any alarm setting I do, it always reverts back the the hour.
Could this be a bug with my dd/mm/yyy date/time settings or not?
I have tried it now from 5 computers and different web browsers and all the same result.

I think the problem is using a . instead of a :
Try typing 1:30pm instead and see if that helps.
