Device alarm does not work on iPhone4

Installed Toodledo from App store

Confirmed that Toodledo settings for alarms - is set to "Task alarms come from device". Created task with with due date and due time.

But no alarm pop-up comes when the task is due.

Any help would be appreciated.

In addition to a due-date and time, you also need to set an alarm by picking a value from the "alarm" field.

Thank you for such a quick response.

I did have Alarm set, but the popups would not show up.

I tried something else. I changed the Toodledo settings to "Task alarms come from website".

Doing this added Toodledo (Badges, Alerts, Sounds) under the iPhone Settings | Notifications settings.

Then flipped the Toodledo setting back to "Task alarms come from device". After this the device alarms started popping up.

Not sure if this is what fixed it, but the device alarms are now working.

I had the same issue as nsreenivas but was able to correct it on my iPhone and iPad by following their instructions.
