Hello all,
I'm just starting to get to know toodledo One thing I've always bothered with, is how do I manage my time within my projects I have several software projects, and I a ticketing system for each project. The problem is that I want to have project related tasks , on my main todo list (do this, finish this, etc ..) but it feels like a duplication. How would you handle it ? thanx Eli |

I dont' fully understand what you are trying to do, but you might consider having each project as a "folder" in Toodledo and then put the tasks inside the proper folders. The main to-do list will then contain tasks combined from the various folders.

I'll give an example:
lets say I have a project named 'Proj' The ticketing system I use for it is PivotalTracker.com and I have there all the development tasks I need to do but I also want some of these tasks to appear in my main todo (toodledo), so that I would know that I need to work on 'Proj' The problem is that it feels wrong to put the same tasks in 2 places (both PivotalTracker & Toodledo) How do you guys would handle it ? thanx again Eli |

We currently don't have a way to sync with PivotalTracker, so you would need to enter the task in both places.

I actually don't need to sync with PT
What I wanted to get is some tips for handling such a situation Would you enter thetask twice ? Or maybe it's better to just to enter "work on project X" ? Thanx Eli |

Thats up to you. I don't know how you work. My suggestion would be to try it one way for a month and then switch for a month and see which you like better.
