I've runing Chrome (latest stable ver) on OS X. When I visit toodledo I always get told that I'm running a user style which interferes with the site.
I used to have Stylish installed but removed it some time ago and as far as I can see there are no user scripts anywhere. I've also got an issue with it getting the screen size wrong. The 'date' part of the main task list ends up far of the right of the screen requiring scrolling to see it (or to set a date in the add view) |

There must be a different plugin that you have installed that is modifying the webpage. We only display the warning if the page that we display has been changed in some way. If everything is working as you expect, then it is ok to ignore the warning.
