Server Error when Sync'ing with Pocket Informant for Android

When syncing my tasks with Pocket Informant for Android (PI), I get an "Error from server: Excessive Tokens". I have researched the support and forums but cannot find a reference to this error. Can anyone help in resolving this so I can sync my tasks?

This error occurred when I attempted to overwrite all tasks in PI with the tasks from Toodledo. From my troubleshooting, there is no server for PI, it syncs directly with Toodledo's servers. So, this error is coming from Toodledo.

This error means that Pocket Informant is syncing too frequently and our API has shut it out to prevent abusing our servers. Please contact the company that makes PI for support with this issue.

I get the same error on my droid charge cell phone. the strange thing is that I do not get any error when syncing on my asus transformer and I am using the same application biold and same data.
