I am a pro plus subscriber. When try to upload files there is no icon in the files tab and it says I have to upgrade to pro plus

If it says that you must upgrade to a Pro Plus subscription, then you must be Pro instead of Pro Plus. You can go to the upgrade page and look at your previous order to confirm which subscription you purchased.

Yesterday I just became a pro plus subscriber. Several of my attempts to upload files failed, because it takes forever to access amazon site. Do you know what could be the problem? thanks!
