Few questions for a new user

HI,
I just got my new account and looking forward to using this tool.
I am new to this so I would like to double check if my below needs can be met.
1) I want my tasks to be public. So that my staff don't need to log in. Is this possible ?
2) My tasks are going to be imported from a custom rss feed is that possible ?
3) Once a member of my staff click on a task I want that task to be removed from the list. Is this possible ?

1) Yes, under the Tools menu, select sharing and then enable public sharing
2) No this is not possible
3) This is not possible with public sharing without a login because then anyone could edit your list. You will need to setup private sharing if you want your staff to be able to remove items from your list.
