syncing my outlook

I have had to go through and delete all my tasks on Toodldo. I had to start over cause I was getting duplicates or things not working properly. I am now unable to get my active todo's from outlook onto toodledo... How do I force this to happen?

This is done with a 3rd party application. Please consult that company for assistance with syncing Outlook.
