I can't add the RSS to my Outlook, get

If this is your rss to-do list, you need to turn it on by visiting your export preferences and checking the checkbox. For your security, rss to-do lists are turned off.

Where would I find those preferences? This Q was asked before, but not answered.

I want to synch Outlook and Toodledo, and I cannot add any software/add-ins on my work computer. What's the best way to get my Toodledo actions onto my Outlook?

Click on the "Tools" menu and select "More". Then go to the RSS section and you can turn it on there.

I've already done that. But the Toodledo:: to-do list feed is empty.

When I go to Toodledo and click on RSS feeds, then click on Actions, the folder I want, that's when I get the following:

Toodledo :: to-do list
Sunday, September 25, 2011, 8:00:01 PM

Permission Denied

How do I turn it on? Why am I getting this message from Sunday?

That is, when I look at the Toodledo list feed on Outlook, it's empty.

You need to click the checkbox on that page to turn it on and then click the "save" button.

Is it the "Export to an OPML file" that you are referring to? All the boxes were already checked.

Why aren't I seeing my Action items?

Can you please create a support ticket for this so that we can look into your account and see what the problem is?

Thanks
