Has anyone had problems with transmitting attachments along with an email to their Toodledo email address. I upgraded to the Pro Plus to ensure I had this feature and it seems only 5% of the attachments actually transmit, whether I send from Gmail or Thunderbird. Or, is this isolated to me and I am experiencing user error or some other software conflict? The text of the email seems to always transmit. Thanks.

It could be the size or type of the attachment, or it could be the way your email program is sending it. Our email importer is somewhat temperamental. Please create a support ticket and let us know the particulars about what types of files are making it through and which ones are not.

I am experiencing the same problem reported by sgreenwood99. I am using Gmail to forward messages to my Toodledo Pro account. Some PDF attachments make it, but most do not. Any advice is welcome.
