not able to send the new added task from outlook to toodledo - synchroniz doesn't work

I add task in outlook, then I run a manual synchroniz. but the new tasks doesn't appear in toodledo

can you help me, please?

The Outlook Sync tool was made by a third-party developer. Please contact them for support with their product. They can be reached at : http://www.chromadrake.com/ChromaticDragon/software/ToodledoSyncInfo.aspx
