I would like to know if there will be an update for the iPhone app where I can sync two accounts or select from several accounts in the same program. Currently, it is only allow me to sync with one account unless I change all my settings.

We do not have plans to make our iPhone app sync with multiple accounts. If you have multiple Toodledo accounts, my advice is to use a 3rd party iOS app for syncing with the other account.
