I cant seem to find a way to view all my folders on the main screen with the tasks and subtasks under each one. Is this possible? Can you open and collapse the folders/tasks like you would in Outlook? It seems I get one long list of items some are indented and some are not but not in a typical "tree" set up. Help please. I am on trial version of Pro and have set it up for my 3 staff so I can update & monitor their priorities. It seems I can't "add" folders for them even tho I am set up for full edit ability.

Go to the Folders view. Make sure no filters are applied. Sort by Folders and whatever secondary and tertiary criteria you like. Make sure your subtasks are set to display "indented". You should see the view you described.
