In all task, I see all my task. The all task would be nice to schedule thing to do.
BUT I have folder that are, maybe I should do that one day but it's not important. It would be really helpful if I could default this folder priority to -200, those should be at the end of the list. |

Why don't you use Priority -1 for that? Why would you need a priority of -200 when all the others are between -1 & 4? And folders don't have priorities, at least not normally. You could create folders to contain tasks of a certain priority, but this would pretty much defeat the purpose of having both!

If you are trying to hide an entire folder's worth of tasks, you can't do this easily. It would be better to give each task a -1 priority, or use a context or tag filter to hide the tasks.
