Multi-edit problem in chrome

I was trying to use multi-edit in chrome today and keep having the same problem.
I created a bunch of new tasks and was going to use multi-edit to assign them to folders. When I try and pull the folder list open it pulls it open and then immediately closes it again before I can select anything. Lather rinse repeat. I don't see this problem on Firefox. HELP! I hate having to switch browsers. I usually don't see this because I use my phone unless I am entering batch projects. Last time I just ignored it but would really like to solve it this time. This is a bug with Chrome that has been reported before. If I recall correctly, this was fixed about a year ago in Windows and Mac. Maybe you are using an old version of Chrome, or maybe you are using in on Linux, which lags behind quite a bit.
