Whats the purpose of sharing?

If 2 people can not share a list (such as a grocery list...). What is th purpose of sharing a todo list?
Can u give me a few examples...if not then there's no need for the PRO subscription...

Currently the collaboration feature is meant as a way to assign tasks to other people. For example, my wife and I share tasks. When she wants me to fix the dish washer, she makes a task and assigns it to me. This also works well for a work environment where a manager may assign tasks to employees.
Currently, there is not a way to have a task owned by more then one person at a time, but we are working on this. When we finish this, it will be possible to share a grocery list and have it appear inside both people's accounts.
