I changed jobs and I am connected to a new exchange server. I have some new tasks that synced over, but I have several tasks from my old server that are not being deleted when I delete them from outlook. I suspect that they are not really linked into my new account. Is there a way that I can make my toodledo account a mirror image of my Microsoft tasks.
Or is there a way to start completely over by completely deleing the account and then re-synching?

It sounds like you are using a 3rd party tool to sync Toodledo with Outlook. We didn't make this tool, so I can't give advice on how to switch it over to a new server. Please contact that company for advice.
