Comments/Notes for each task?

Hi, I'm wondering how to add notes to a task? Seems like it is obviously but I'm missing it somehow? These are not project notes like in the Notes tab, but task specific.

Look for a little icon resembling a paper. Click on it to open an edit field. Click again to save/close the note.

Thanks. It wasn't working for me in the Safari browser (not sure if what exactly was the cause), but now with Chrome it works fine.
