My boss and I both use toodledo and my question is:
can a task that my boss wants me to do(which is on his tasklist) be sent to me from his tasks list? so when i check the tick box to show that it has been completed it also shows checked on his tasklist as being completed? regards James |

A task can't show up on both people's to-do list. One person has to own it, but there are two ways to do this.
1) Your boss assigns a task to you and then registers for the "track changes" option on the sharing page. They will get notified by email when you complete the task. 2) Your boss assigns a task to you. After you complete it, you reassign the completed task back to your boss, so that they can see that it is completed on their list. |

So then there is no true collaboration as in other software programs? Can this be added? There are times when two people need to work on a task and it would be good for the task to appear on both accounts.
