Hello,

I tried to add tasks through mail and it took me a while to figure out why my duedate was always filtered. Of course, in MM/DD/YY format 24/02/12 is not valid and thus filtered.

The last topic I find on that is from june 2011 where it's stated to be solved. Is this ? Where can I configure ?

D/M/Y date format is not yet supported on the email importer. This is still on our to-do list. In the meantime, please send your dates using a different format. I recommend using natural language: "Feb 24"
