I am new to this and trying to set it up efficiently to work with team of 4 people, one of whom is based overseas. Any suggestions on intelligent structure would be much appreciated.
I do have 2 specific questions; Can you use context as a basis to share or does it have to be folders? If all collaborators have same Folders, Context and Tags will they be maintained as items get assigned and reassigned? Tx |

Currently, sharing is done on a per-folder basis only.
Contexts, goals and locations do not transfer when reassigning tasks, even if they have the same name. We have plans to change this in the future. The other fields, including tags do transfer. |

Tx - Super cool app. Takes a bit to get your head around but I suppose that's necessary as it gets used in such a variety of contexts.
