Sync with calendar in Iphone

My calendar in Iphone subscribes the Toodledo. However, there is an issue. When I sync the calendar with Toodledo, everything looks fine. However it does not sync the alert/alarm although I set the alert in Toodledo. That means, the calendar will sync only title, date, and time, but not the alert setting. Is there any way to sync the alert as well?

This is a definite must from outlook also. It doesn't sync alert from outlook.
