Every time I get a sync error on my Ipad with toodledo on informant Agenda.
The message is Your folder must have a name.
What does this means?

It sounds like you have a folder that has no name. You will need to as the company that makes "Informant Agenda" for a specific answer since we did not make the app that you are using.
