Unhandled exception - key not valid

For some reason I have started getting the 'unhandled exception' window when trying to launch 'Options', but only on my desktop (windows XP). Windows 7 is fine. I have removed and reinstalled MS .NET framework and all updates but still no joy. Does anyone know of this problem and a fix?

You are talking about a 3rd party tool. Please ask this question to the company that makes the tool that you are using.
