I like using HTML for ordered and unordered lists and these are rendered fine in a browser. The iPhone application, however, simply shows the tags and does not render them properly. For instance instead of getting a bullet, I see the tag <li>, etc. Is there a fix planned for this?

That is great! That was a huge disappointment when I saw the tags. For visually scanning your notes, or tasks, it's much easier to read when the proper HTML formatting is displayed on a small device such as an iPhone.
