Is there a way to have a folder called Birthdays and Anniversarys which do not display on my To Do list? I just don't want to see something 300 days out in the future taking up real estate on my screen. This can be somewhat of a hassle when I have over a dozen entries of this type.
I saw that I could display and group by folder which is nice, but when I collapsed the folder view, it was not remembered and when the screen is refreshed, the list of activities expands again. Can you aty least remember the folder state (collapsed/expanded) and save it as a preference for the folder? Thanks |
