Hello!

I have got a bug report and little question.

1. There is bug with charset in e-mail reminder if task is written on russian - http://pic.ipicture.ru/uploads/090227/6W yUs0qPF1.jpg

2. How can I make a week begins on Monday? I didn't find this setting and week in Toodledo begins on Sunday.

3. Can I use 24 hour system? We don't use am-pm system in Russia :)

Thanks for the bug report. There is not currently a way to have a week begin on Monday or to use the 24 hour system, but these are on our to-do list for a future update.
