Share folders for statistics

Hi,
We are an IT-organisation with al lot of projects where more employees are working on at the same time. We are using the Pro account since today. The main reason we wanted a pro account is that we can share folders (projects). But it is not possible for me to see folders from other employees... but everyone needs the same folders! This makes it impossible to view the statistics from all employees in one chart.
Is there a way i can share folders so other employees can USE them for their tasks?

Currently, a task can appear in only one account at a time. It can have a single owner. We are working on a way to have a task appear in multiple lists at the same time, which is what it sounds like you want. This should be coming soon.
