Is there any way to "shift" midnight? It is very annoying to complete a daily task at 0:30 and see that the next iteration was scheduled only to the other day. Ideally, I want everything done, say, before 4am to be considered done the day before.

You could change your timezone in your account settings, but this will cause all the times to be off. That would be the only way to do this.
