Seeing completed tasks

How do I see all completed tasks within a folder? I have an upgraded account, and my settings are set to keep tasks for two years. One I check a task as complete, it drops off from that folder after a few days and I can't find a way to access it. I have notes and time logged for those tasks that I need to be able to retrieve weeks or months later.
