I love the way the iPad groups by priority (11 is a top priority task with a star that is overdue ... etc.)

Is there a view on the web similar?

I'm not familiar with the iPad version, but I'll take a wild guess and say that the "Hotlist" on the iPad is the same view as the "Hotlist" on the web. It's in the "Main" set of views. You may have to Sort it by "Importance".

You may be using a 3rd party app, since we don't use the star to indicate overdue. Buy try sorting your list by "importance".
