How to remove a collaborator

I've looked everywhere but can't find how you can remove a collaborator. Can someone tell me if this is possible? I can't believe it wouldn't be.

Select "collaboration" from the "tools" menu and then click on the collaborator. Then uncheck all the checkboxes for sharing and press the button.
