Outlook Categories no longer syncing

Recently upgraded from 2003 to 2010 Outlook. Have been using gSyncit to get 2003 to sync with Toodledo as I sync to both an iPad and iPhone.
But now, all my newly added Categories are not syncing to Toodledo folders. Old ones are in the right folders, just the new ones go to unnamed folder.
folders are still listed on Toodledo correctly.
Any suggestions?
