I have a Galaxy Note 10.1 tablet and a Galaxy Note 2 cellphone. Suddenly, I am unable to sync both devices. I can sync one or the other but not both. If I am signed into the ToodleDo sync account on one device, I cannot sign into the sync account of the other device. I get a message saying the user name or password is not valid. What gives???

You will need to contact the company that makes the Android app that you are using for assistance with syncing it with our website.
