Can I check a support ticket's status on the Toodledo.com website somewhere? A couple of days ago I anonymously submitted a support ticket. (As you can see, I've since created an account.)
Yesterday I received an email that said the following: "Hello, A support ticket that you created at Toodledo.com has been answered." The problem is that there is nothing else listed in the email besides two numbers. One is a reference number; the other I'm not sure about. Am I supposed to go on the website somewhere and submit my reference number to look at the reply to my ticket?
We had a bug for a few days that was sending the incorrect information when an anonymous support ticket was answered. If you create a new ticket from within your account and reference your reference number we can give you the original reply. sorry for the inconvenience.
