Need help creating a view/saved search

I want to create a view (or a saved search) that does the following:
* Includes only tasks that are open (not completed)
* Includes only tasks that have a start date in the past(including today). (also including tasks that does not have a start date)
The purpose of this is to hide all the future tasks in a simple way.
I have created this view in the Ultimate To-Do List app, and i'm using this view all the time. However i'm not able to work out how to create this view in the Toodledo web-application.
Is it impossible to create a search like this?

I just worked it out myself.
