You could use the status field and mark it as "Canceled".

Hi, this could be an option. The goal however, is to skip certain occurrence of the task and activate the next one (next day, week, month, etc). Sometimes, you want to skip a task occurrence deliberately to do fulfill other more important tasks. This feature exists in RTM and it is surely of great benefit and provides flexibility to the user.

Thanks for all the great work you already did with this service by the way :)

Cheers,

This is one of the things that is stopping me from making use of the statistics function in Toodledo - since we can't mark a task as "skipped" or change the completion date on a task, the stats don't accurately reflect what we've *actually* done and when. This makes them almost useless for me beyond being a very vague general overview.

The quickest way to do this is to just manually edit the due-date to move it past the skipped occurrence.
