You will receive an emailed receipt from either PayPal or Google Checkout (whichever you pick). You can also sign into your PayPal or Google Checkout account and print out a receipt if you need one.

I could be because it is the weekend if you just signed up. Try checking your account at checkout.google.com
You should be able to get the receipt after logging in. |

You might check your spam folder, but if that doesn't work you can sign into your Google Checkout or PayPal account and print another receipt.
