Folder Sort

I usually view my task list using the folder sort, where my folders are various projects. I would like a simple way to view some folders (projects) and not others. For example, I only want to see work folders while at work. Is there a way to not see some folders or (in the alternative)move some folders to the bottom of the list where I just collapse them?

Thank you
Jake

You could use our context filter under the "show" menu to hide/show work tasks while at home. To do this, each work task would need a context of "work" and each home task would have a context of "home". If you are already using the context field, you could use tags instead and filter on tags.

Hi,

You can also click on "folder" on the left side menu and then click on the specific folder you want to view. Only tasks in that folder will appear on your list.
