Can I set a specific start time of the tasks and be reminded about it
If so, how can I do it. I have not found the appropriate section to specify a start time of a task

Yes, first you will need to go into your account settings and under "fields used" enable the start-time field. You can now set a start-time for a task. If you want an alarm, use the due-time field instead and you can set audible alarms for tasks based on the due-time.
