Can't create a problem ticket,sync fails, even after re-install

In each browser I've tried, while logged in, I click on the ticket enter and nothing happens.
Sync was not updating todos, so I purged, still wouldn't, so I deleted the app and reinstalled, now the data is there but the summary info for notes is all zeros.
I'm seriously looking into other apps. I miss my Palm device apps which in some cases ran circles around even the best iOS "equivalents".
