Is there a way I can email the schedule to a coworker? I don't believe that is covered under what exporting can do. I know email a link to view my schedule, but my boss would like to be able to see the schedule right in front of him and not click a link.

We do not currently have this feature. You could save your list as a PDF and then email this to your boss. Or you could enable our collaboration tools and have your boss look at your list right on his computer.
